"There was a large piece of my roof that was lifting up in a wind. Mike Portonova came down and looked at it from the ground, estimated what it would take to do a good job (as opposed to a hack job) and gave me a fair quote. I discussed the price and he did better. When he came to do the work, it turned out he had overestimated what I needed to get it right, and saved me $100 in materials. He was very responsive, courteous, and professional."
